Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website operators. EBLIT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("EBLIT"), uses cookies and similar technologies including local storage and session storage to operate the Platform.

2. Cookies We Use

EBLIT uses the following categories of cookies: (a) Strictly Necessary Cookies: these cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They include authentication tokens that keep you logged in, session identifiers, and security tokens. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies as the Platform cannot function without them. (b) Functional Cookies: these cookies remember your preferences and settings, such as your preferred language and display settings. (c) Analytics Cookies: we may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform, which pages are most visited, and where users encounter errors. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. (d) Third-Party Cookies: our payment processor Stripe may set cookies when you interact with payment forms. These cookies are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy.

3. Local Storage

In addition to cookies, EBLIT uses browser local storage to store certain application state information, including your authentication session, UI preferences, and transaction state data. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to third parties except as required to operate the Platform.

4. How to Control Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to: view cookies stored on your device; delete individual or all cookies; block cookies from specific websites; block all third-party cookies; set preferences for cookies before they are stored. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform, including your ability to stay logged in or complete transactions. Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers are available in each browser's help documentation.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a Do Not Track feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. EBLIT currently does not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for how platforms should respond to such signals.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

7. Contact

For questions about our use of cookies, please contact us through the Support section of the Platform.
