No confirmation code was provided. If you have a confirmation code from a Facebook data-deletion request, open the status link that included it (it ends in ?code=...), or contact support through the platform.

What a Facebook data-deletion removes

When Facebook asks us to delete your data, EBLIT removes the data derived from your Facebook sign-in:

• The link between your EBLIT account and your Facebook account (your Facebook app-scoped user identifier).
• Any profile data sourced from Facebook that was stored with that link.

After this, Facebook can no longer be used to sign in to your EBLIT account. If your EBLIT account also has a password and a verified email, you can still sign in and recover access using the email on file.

What EBLIT retains, and why

A Facebook data-deletion request removes the Facebook link and Facebook-sourced profile data. It does not delete records EBLIT is required to keep under an independent legal basis. Those records are retained even after the Facebook link is removed:

• Identity-verification records— if you completed identity verification, those records are retained for the identity-verification lifecycle described in our Terms (identity verification and re-verification). These exist independently of Facebook sign-in.
• Transaction and dispute records— records of purchases, sales, and disputes are retained for the periods described in our Terms so that completed transactions and any dispute outcomes remain verifiable.
• Fraud-prevention records— records used to prevent fraud and platform abuse are retained under EBLIT's legitimate interest in keeping the marketplace safe, as described in our Terms.

To delete your EBLIT account entirely (subject to the retention obligations above), use the account deletion option in your account settings. That is a separate action from a Facebook data-deletion request.
